| Bra Troubleshooting Guide 1. BAND DIGGING IN - It is important that the band fits snugly but should feel tight or restrictive, try buying a bra one band size bigger - if you are currently wearing a 32 try a 34 instead.
2. BAND RIDING UP - This indicates the band size may be too big or alternatively the shoulder straps may be too tight, try loosening the straps and tightening the hook to the rear, if this does not solve the problem try a smaller band size - if you are currently wearing a 34 try a 32 instead.
3. SHOULDER STRAPS SORE - Dependant possibly on breast size this could indicate that you are wearing your straps too tight or the straps are too thin to support you adequately, loosen straps slightly and possibly opt for a bra with wider, more padded, straps.
4. SAGGING BUSTLINE - This is indicative of straps that are too loose or possibly not supportive enough material, try tightening your straps and this does not work try a bra with a more supportive fabric.
5. BREASTS THAT BULGE AROUND THE CUP - This indicates that the cup size you have chosen is too small, try the next cup size up, if you are wearing a C cup try a D cup. If you are bulging to the side but not to the top try wearing one band size bigger but maintain your cup size, if you are currently wearing a 36 try a 38. Alternatively you can try a bra that offers more cup coverage, for example, a full-cup bra.
