| MakeMeBlush.co.uk: Returns 1. All returns must be in original condition and packaging, they must be unworn and unwashed with all the labels still in the garment.
2. Hosiery returns will not be accepted if the packet has been opened for hygiene reasons.
3. The returns period is 28 days from receipt of the items, all returned items must be received within this period.
4. The return will be paid for by the customer, however, if a replacement item has been requested this will be sent out free of charge.
5. If an item is being returned it is not necessary to contact us, simply fill out the accompanying form and return it with the item.
6. We recommend that returns are posted using recorded post and that the client keeps the receipt until arrival is confirmed as any items that fail to arrive will be the client's responsibility.
7. Any refunds will be credited to the original card that the purchase was made with. In addition any item that is to be replaced with another item of a higher value the extra cost will also be debited from the original card.
8. If the goods are considered to be faulty they are to be returned with an accompanying note explaining the potential fault. This will then be investigated and we will contact you directly to discuss an appropriate resolution, if the goods are found to be faulty return postage will be refunded.
